Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed it is non refundable as the parts have been put on order to be sourced in order to complete the watch.

 

Any parcels that are returned back to us due to customer not collecting will be shipped back out to the customer. 

 

We only offer refunds should the watch arrive damaged or not in the condition it was purchased as.
